• Deposits are usually processed instantly. Withdrawals are typically completed within 3–24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Large withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
• Transactions using third-party bank accounts, mobile numbers, or cards are strictly prohibited.
• Suspicious transactions may be investigated in accordance with our anti-money laundering policy.

08 Account Closure & Suspension

Melbetbd reserves the right to suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• For violation of the terms and conditions.
• Registering with false or inaccurate information.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or to submit required documents.
• If suspicious or unusual betting patterns are detected.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
